My Old LFLL Directory is about 83 Mo

Give it a lot of time -- if it does not work aftere 15 Min try again next day or another time.

Is it still the case that the Landmass files are still a hit or miss as to whether or not the server will be up?

I just tried on 2 unique PCs 2 Airports (LEMD+KMYJ) which I never used before - I had no problems! Even the downloading of the OSM-stream was within sub-minutes.
(But I am sure that if there is no running server there will be no download! So I am not sure what you exactly mean.)

Yeah, just like that today, landmass files downloaded fine for me. I probably should have waited a day before posting the question.
