Centerline properties not saved

This is with the 2013-10-12 version.

I tried changing the extended centerline length through OpenRadar and copy it to all runways. After I closed OpenRadar and restarted it, the centerline lengths changed back to 100 and were overridden in the EHRD.properties file.
I got the same result when I tried to manually change the centerline length and restarted OpenRadar.

This is fixed and works in the update that I will publish as soon as possible. But I need a few hours of work to prepare the documentation.

The stable version saves the data again.
