OpenRadar Version ???

Hi all, I wish to know if there is a way to see OpenRadar Version ??? on running time, and how to know version out of run time too.

Hi Michat,

Currently there is no version numbering. All you can do is to compare the timestamp of the file OpenRadar.jar with the last update date in the forum.

Some testers are using a more recent version to make sure we find issues before we update the forum version. These more recent versions do exist longer only, if there is an important feature missing.

Currently I am working on the flightplan, handover,... feature. It requires infrastructure and currently there is not much spare time to use. So I advance slowly...

To be honest, I think your advancing faster than we can cope with the new features.

The latest changes for <intercept> tag has me running all over my route files porting various curves.

PS <intercept> is great.

I have been watching this for sometime now
Today i thought to have a go

so downloaded the files and read the docs but fro some reason i just cant get it to run

I have windows 7
the computer is Intel i7
4GB ram
ATI MobilityRadeon HD5870 1GB Vram

not the best setup i know but it runs flightgear ok !!
As i have windows i run the OpenRadar.bat file ????
the screen flickers and thats all

so were am i going wrong

same with fgcom.exe

window opens cmd file runs
then just sits there laughing at me
did the setup in Flightgear as shown still grinning at me

Were do i go from here
read and re read the info on line printed it out and followed it line by line
no go

Its ok guys i got it running
windows bat file never did anything had to run the Java direct

got it working ok just need to learn how to control it now

for OpenRadar you need (Oracle/Sun-) Java (jre)

open a "cmd"(console/terminal) window and enter

java -jar OpenRadar.jar

or

fgcom.exe

if its not starting you should see error messages.
