Mac OS X Git install with Homebrew instructions

Postby kheitzman » Wed Jul 10, 2013 3:02 am

Hey all,

I had issues trying to just follow the CMake instructions and Git Instructions on the wiki. This is what I had to do to get 2.12 running today: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1z0p ... HEkBWo/pub

Looks about right to me - I'm surprised you need Subversion from brew, I think XCode includes it. Post 2.12 things are simpler since we won't use libsubversion any more.

What versions of Boost and OSG is brew giving you?

Thank you for these instructions, now I can compile, mess around, and fly in the latest FlightGear/SimGear/Nasal all I want :D.
Thanks,
