Visibility changes when changing another unrelated setting

Postby Mihajlo » Tue Sep 04, 2018 3:12 pm

This is a minor thing but does anyone know why does a visibility setting change whenever I change a setting in the AW weather dialog? For example if the visibility is set to 250000 m when I change any setting unrelated to visibility it changes to 249996 m I believe. If the visibility is lower it gets higher by a few meters I think. I am assuming this is a bug, but asking just in case there is a reason for this (though I don't see why).

my initial eWAG is that it is a floating point math rounding thing... why the visibility is recalculated is another question...
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

Thanks for the explanation. I guess it is more or less normal then.
