It's May 19 now, so it would be hard to send something in before May 1... ;-)

If you are used to a joystick especially a customized one it's hard to get back to a mouse  . maybe a local mall or game/computerstore? i might buy a new Saitek X52 before june 10th. the Saitek X52 is amazing i have seen lot's of reviews i can't recommend it but it seems great. if your loking for a cheap starter joystick try the Logitech attack 3 i used it 3 years before it broke, it's a bit to simple for me now. i guess the Logitech Extreme 3d is good more features.

happy flying

I already have the x52 which is very good and comfortable on the hand, especially the throttle. I also like the 3 toggle switches down at the bottom of the stick, very useful for gear and flaps!
The joystick is "plug n' play" in FG since there's already a joystick config in FG 2.6.0 available.

I wouldn't suggest the Logitech Attack 3 because it has no rudder twist control, so if you want to go for a cheaper joystick, the Logitech Extreme 3D pro is a good choice especially for beginners in the flight sim world :) .

I posted this a long time ago for a different challenge, but I suppose it works here too :P

Look for "B-BIRD" "N127KY" or "AVA0004" -that's me.

Despite having over 1700 posts here, I am not even close to being the most skilled guy here... I'm just words and bad drawing, not experience. :P

Yes, and you can also change the brightness of the LEDs via the Saitek's driver app. :)
