Unable to load a different airport at startup

Postby Allan.Kidd » Wed Sep 06, 2017 1:03 am

I am a new user - I have a Windows 10 x64 system.

I start FlightGear by the installation shortcut icon which runs the command "C:\Program Files\FlightGear 2017.2.1\bin\fgfs.exe" --launcher
I have setup the airport to be Bankstown, NSW Australia.
The GUI shows the following:
Options passed on the command line:
--launcher
Options set in the launcher:
--aircraft-dir=C:/Program Files/FlightGear 2017.2.1/data/Aircraft/c172p
--aircraft=c172p
--airport=KBOS
--enable-auto-coordination
--enable-terrasync
--disable-fullscreen
--prop:/sim/rendering/multi-sample-buffers=false
--prop:/sim/rendering/multi-samples=0
--disable-rembrandt
--prop:/sim/rendering/shaders/skydome=true
--airport=YSBK
--season=summer
--disable-real-weather-fetch
--metar=XXXX 012345Z 15003KT 19SM FEW072 FEW350 25/07 Q1028 NOSIG

The airport never loads to YSBK but rather stays on KBOS. I can change the location manually after the fly icon is selected.

Cn anyone suggest what I am doing wrong?
