It's... all there. There's the 'Walker' model - Waldo and Amelia - they're ready, they're on the repository, they are segmented into joints so that you can animate them, you can use the existing walk animations to make them go out of the aircraft, they have different dresses and pieces of equipment available - all you have to to is use them.

(You still need to custom-animate them if they're actually supposed to grab and move controls while they do anything - as far as I know the Alouette-III Amelia is the only co-pilot who actually flies the craft and is animated doing so, most of the time pilot models just sit around doing nothing...)
