Could you maybe add saab to manufacturers?

@portreekid:

Thanks, I've taken care of those - please note that in the script

https://sourceforge.net/p/flightgear/fg ... logTags.py

it's 'castering-wheel' and not just 'castering' - I've changed these.

Any objections to adding wing configuration as of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wing_configuration? Currently some aircraft are off as some are marked as high wing but should be shoulder-wing. What about bi/tri? DR1 comes to mind.

There's biplane and triplane already...

Generally, I suspect introducing too many tags defeats the purpose. I don't know the difference between high wing and shoulder wing offhand, so how on Earth is the normal user supposed to know?

Yes right. Ok. But mid-wing?

I'm all for keeping this simple - but James is designing this, so it's his call to make. I can't dream of any plausible scenario in which someone might want to find mid-wing but not low-wing aircraft (heck, I also don't know why someone would specifically search for delta wings...)

Please check the source here.
I think the catalogue script is the authoritative source for valid tags. More seems to be added every other day, though.

McDonnell Douglas is spelled wrong. It is 2 Ls.

I've changed this to transport in the wiki, and in my aircraft.

Some important manufactures are missing in the list like Antonov, ATR, Dornier, Ilyushin, Junkers and Tupolev.
