yeah, ultimately it still all seems to boil down to "signal/noise" ratio I guess ... and some of the recent debates around here have really helped dilute our signal/noise ratio ;-)
Please don't send support requests by PM, instead post your questions on the forum so that all users can contribute and benefit

Hooray, thanks for those links. I have checked out the resources you mentioned. So far, I see it may be possible for me to work on this project, if there are no volunteers for this.

Where is the best place to send some of the pseudo-code I created? Some contributors may have some input into some of the design.

feel free to use the forum or the wiki for this - if it's a long-term idea that you may have to drop several times, the wiki is probably more future-proof than having a forum thread.
There may very well be volunteers to help with parts of this, but probably not all of this - I suggest to REALLY read these two articles first:
