Simulate Control line flight

Someone has created something that could simulate control line flight ? If not, how could proceed to simulate it?

If using the JSBSim FDM you could define an external force using the "local" coordinate system, then write some FCS systems to calculate the appropriate direction and magnitude for the force vector. Not easy, but I'm sure it can be done.
