I made a tutorial on how to get the ctrl click tower in flightgear

Sorry if it is hard to follow, I am not good with tutorials :P
+ this will get that end of runway look

I guess this can be incorporated in a view mode and eventually be added to git.

"Draft" version (currently adapted to default c172):

* smooth camera movement inside cockpit;
* vibration and turbulence effects (experimental);
* Compatible with headtracker inputs (experimental);

NOTE: will disable mouselook for all the aircrafts and may reduce FlightGear performance.
