hi i started this topic to see what people think about starting a voice server for flightgear using teamspeak i am able to host the server but it probably wont be avaliable 24/7
please post any comments

No you didn't fix the problem. 192.*.*.* addresses are used for internal addresses behind a firewall or router using a process call Network Address Translation (NAT). This address is only directly reachable behind your firewall/router since it is not exposed to the outside world.
