And an other thing we can start to include new types of data as GBAS/SBAS and MOA as we detect that the user install NAVIGRAPH data.
Beside this i see that we need to create our own data format.

I chose $FGHOME for dynamic data change and $FGROOT for static and default data set.

I look in to this and this can be use for supporting new types of NAVAIDS (e.g. GBAS approach), communication(HF/MIL COM and on-route ATC) and airspace in flightgear.

I wrote a parser for the FAA's CIFP, which can be viewed here: https://github.com/jojo2357/flightgear-star-sid-manager

I would really appreciate if people loaded it up and provided feedback on any shortcomings via github issues.
