Free Tokyo model

It seems the Japanese government released a free 3D model of Tokyo, the site claims it's free to use for any purpose, but certainly from our perspective this needs further research, link to the article: https://soranews24.com/2021/04/01/all-of-tokyo-available-as-a-free-3-d-scale-model-right-now/

Original source seems to be https://www.mlit.go.jp/plateau/ , but unfortunately I can not find any licensing information and the most likely link, https://www.mlit.go.jp/site-policy/ , returns a HTTP 404 error (page not found). (Yay for Google Translate! :) )

I think the downloads might be here: https://www.geospatial.jp/ckan/dataset/plateau-tokyo23ku-fbx-2020

I know some Japanese native speakers, I'll see what I can find out.
