tile bounds is tile boundaries... the edges of the tiles...

tough to find photoscenery without shadows ruining the scene... especially when the sun is in a different place than when the pic was taken or when the seasons are different...
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

given the nature of your questions, you might want to search the forum, wiki and devel list and/or look up the osgEarth integration created by poweroftwo (Jeff Biggs)

I checked osgEarth integration but its only for 2.12.1 version of flightgear and 2020.1.2 version doesn't work.

As far as I know, there is no binary with osgEarth support available and I don't know of anyone actively working in this field. So you'd need to built it yourself (see http://wiki.flightgear.org/Building_Fli ... ntegration) and might even need to fix bugs and outdated dependencies etc. on the way on your own. There just isn't that much interest in photoscenery given its problems and drawbacks

Then there are probably no instructions available for you.
