It is still in testing. I can use it because I wrote it. The interface requires some external computation to convert from decimal fractions of a degree to an integer between 0 and 1200.
This version requires:
silx http://http://www.silx.org/
Python

I would like to use Qt instead of silx eventually, and develop a front end for it.

If you want a file edited, I might be able to help you with that.

I still like this scenery, but I fly into St Barth a lot, and I missed the tower and terminal.
So I tracked it down and included it with the D-ECHO scenery, along with the boats in the bay.

You will receive missing texture messages, but those were there when I got the scenery from D-ECHO.
I'm going to try to track them down also. Edit: I corrected a bunch of them. They are in the World Scenery Pack (giant download).
This does not have all that. Just the parts of it required for this scenery.

Edit: I also modified the parking at St Barth. You can select a seaplane parking ramp for the Twin Otter float version. Lower right corner.
