"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

that section, as mentioned by another, is reporting an HTTP error when attempting to retrieve what ever file it was trying to pull... this may be a poorly tested code path... this may be something that torstenD (the original writer) or Florent Rougon (updated code) needs to look at... i've messaged florent about it...

in any case, you are having a retrieval problem that may not exist at a later time if you try again...

@Absturz: what version of python3 are you running?? v3.4 is the minimum required...

EDIT: forgot to add that since this is a syntax error, the module wasn't even loaded so the statements about you having had a HTTP error are incorrect... ignore them and let us know your python3 version, please...

@Absturz

Can you please add this
Code: Select all
import base64
import sys

print("Debug: {!r}\n".format(base64.b64encode(str(sys.hexversion).encode("utf8"))))

right before the line containing
Code: Select all
import terrasync.main

in terrasync.py, save the file then report the first 10 lines of output of 'terrasync.py --help'?

Thanks
rominet
