Vic, could you please take that. For mass deletion, the easiest would be to have the object ids (with mapserver, for instance).

We'd better run some script to remove pylons that are within x meters of each other. Checking hundreds of objects by hand is slightly annoying ;-)

Fixed most of them. Related to some OSM import tests done earlier. However, there were some bugs with terminations, and probably IRL pylons are not that big (missing some smaller poles there I guess). There is a small bug at line terminations, that you noticed.
Some of us are working on improving OSM data import. Starting with windturbines for now, power pylons are on the to-do list. So probably all of this data will get removed/updated in the future and replaced with more accurate data (seems some pylons are badly placed too).
Please wait for the next Terrasync update and tell me if you see improvements, or report other positions of pylons accumulations.

Oh, this is terrific. I'm adding windturbines to the scenery manually. Do you mean that if I label the windturbines in openstreetmap, they will eventually appear in FlightGear? Fantastic news!

Yes, just as roads. Please don't ask for a release test, this is very early stage.

Any idea?

I checked the 3d preview with chrome and I can see it...maybe the problem is with firefox 24?

I have it randomly too with Firefox since the latest updates. Haven't tried with Chrome, however. As this is mainly 3rd party tool, I hope the author will fix it so you can benefit of the update.

Hi,
I need to delete an object but does not appear the option, nor the arrows, I tried to do an update, but it wasn't the right way, it was just a correction in an object that I sent to the database (SBCH_Terminal).
Greetings

here in my job I have a S.O. Windows 7 professional 32-bit and my home is S.O. windows 7 64 bits

If you just want to update the object position, use http://scenemodels.flightgear.org/submi ... ce=3309414

I have a strange issue with the maps on the scenery models website. I am not looking at them all that often so I do not now for sure how long that problem have been there.

What happens is that when I try to pan/drag the map by holding the left mouse button the map always zooms out, probably all he way out. I can work around this by zooming out using the scroll wheel move the mouse pointer a bit and scroll in again, but I often forget that.

The ones I have experienced this problem with so far is the global coverage map, http://scenemodels.flightgear.org/coverage.php and maps at individual object positions (available by clicking the green globe icon), for example http://mapserver.flightgear.org/popmap/?zoom=12&lat=50.096478&lon=14.262808.

Hi Johan,
Yes, it's a known bug which has been here for around three weeks, since a third party API changed.

Yep, but is it worth making it a shared model and make fgdata still bigger?
