Question: How to scale and rotate apron textures

I'm messing with the pa_ and pc_tiedown textures right now.

I now want to play around with the scale of the texture a bit. How do I do that?

Also do I want to bring some rotation is to break the apparent tiling due to repeating slight defects and cracks in the texture. I want to either rotate some of the textures in 90 degree steps (for the pc_) and in 180 degrees steps only for the pa_ texture. How am I going to do that?

Re-write the shader code that is responsible to the visuals, the close-up surface visuals are only very vaguely driven by the textures and mostly procedural.

Most of the cracks you see is probably the normal map (if we mean the same).
