Getting the list should be reasonably(!) easy as ISTR that we have a bit to identify lights - and some of the work I did a while back on Rembrandt added an extra bit to identify geodes that would be related to post processing (although I never got it all working this part did work).
As for the light volume; firstly can be simplify it down to be something like a triangle that has an elevation range and then possible round the volume at the extents. I think Thorsten may have done something similar with the ALS procedural lights - but it's been a while since I looked at that.
