builds/nightly Windows version and JSBSim testing

Postby abassign » Sun Jan 27, 2019 5:03 pm

This morning we tested the FIAT G91R1B beta version (https://github.com/abassign/G91-R1B_HD.git) on a Windows machine. Unfortunately, a JSBSim error occurred because the "builds/nightly" (http://download.flightgear.org/builds/nightly) is not compile with the lastest testing version of JSBSim. If I compile in Linux with the command "download_and_compile.sh" everything works perfectly. I think it is useful to compile the "builds/nightly" with JSBSim testing in order to be able to test the development version of FGFS on Windows nightly with the new features of JSBSim.

Strange: the nightly should have the latest jsbsim if branch next of flightgear has it. Did you wait until the next days build was complete before trying to get the nightly?

What exact new feature are you missing?
