libcurl missing from suberbuild

Building FlightGear from source, and in the need for help?

libcurl missing from suberbuild

Postby wlbragg » Mon Mar 10, 2014 6:53 pm

I searched both the git pull fgmeta and the cmake metabuild folder for libcurl and it is not part of the build.
What does FlightGear use this library for?
Would it be considered part of the standard install?
Why is it not part of the build if it is part of the standard install?

libcurl is indeed considered a standard lib.
When on linux, you can install whit the standard packet-manager. Install also libcurl-dev ~ for the headerfile.
On windows, I am not familliar.
