fails to build... like my own dockerfile... but with another error.

Currently I don't have the time to debug this, if anyone wants to try to get it building: https://github.com/t3r/docker-terragear
I've just changed the env var of the tg commit to the new one as I don't see a reason to go with a newer ubuntu to be honest.
