to much work needed to correct Gatwick, just 3 months, those who voted it are 3d artists, WED developers or interested to improve the airport?

Nice... now, I suppose Torsten might be waiting for a merge request setting the sim defaults (radio frequencies, navaids,...) to the new location, and a VFR tutorial show-casing the area on the wiki would be nice to have.

LKPR is very very close to the limit between the e010n50 scenery (to which LKPR belongs) and e010n40.

So to enjoy flying around LKPR you will have to download e010n40 , as a dozen of seconds flying south from LKPR and you're reaching that ugly limit if you don't have e010n40

So what? I'd be surprised if users habitually remain in the initial scenery tile.

So what ? i'm just telling that people will have to download additional scenery part to enjoy the location fully.

99.9% of the users never appear in this forum - which gives the warning a pretty limited audience...

More important, I don't think it's decided what scenery tiles are shipped with the release package - and if I can't know it, chances are you can't either.

@Robsoie: I suggest that you suggest shipping both tiles on the mailing list.

unless i'm mistaken, we have had, since we started having different default airports, at least one that required more than one tile to be shipped since it was located close to the boundary... shipping two tiles shouldn't be a problem, really...
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."
