Please vote for the next default airport

Prague (LKPR)

Nicely developed terminal, close to the city of Prague (which could be populated with lots of interesting static buildings).

Phuket International Airport (VTSP)

Exotic location, nice surrounding scenery, needs some development work for 3d buildings still.

Santos-Dumont, Rio de Janeiro (SBRJ)

Strong second in the last poll, one of the bases of the very active Brazilian FG community, stunning scenery and well-developed airport with another major airport close by.

Zürich (LSZH)

Located close to the stunning alpine scenery of Switzerland, probably might need some finishing touches:

Anchorage (PANC)

The gateway to the Alaskan wilderness... stunning scenery half an hour away (Denali and the Alaska range just up north), needs some development

Image

Hong Kong International Airport (VHHH)

Interesting scenery, also seems to need some development:

Hm... they used to when I posed them... No idea what kind of tags the hosting site requires then. wkitty42 - these are all yours - could you let me know what kind of tag I need to get the image to show up?

Fixed. You used different tags/urls than the ones from the request topic.

Thanks, Gijs!

I'm not a moderator, I can't see the tags of other people's posts, I can just look at the html source code :-/

If you click quote (and then just not post your reply) you can see the raw post including tags :-)

SBRJ needs lots of tweaks and modifications (as the other candidates..), at first correct these PAPI lights on the runway.

Yes, and an 850-layout, but most people seem to love the landscape :D

Santos Dumont is already completed. https://gateway.x-plane.com/scenery/page/SBRJ.
Prague - Praha already done; https://gateway.x-plane.com/scenery/page/LKPR.
Zurich also in the gateway: https://gateway.x-plane.com/scenery/page/LSZH.

That is, unless I feel like making an all new Gatwick-style layout, with apron markings, there is no major WED work to be done; instead, the airports in the region need done.
