Flightgear 3.6 Official Release

Hello FG community!
Today, Flightgear 3.6 is supposed to be officially released. Where can I download it, and is there a version for mac?

You will find it (it has not been released yet) on the main site of the project.

Regarding the Mac version, there is one, but some testers found a bug preventing it from starting; a core developer is looking into this.

I can't find any mention of it on the current newsletter, only some old information in the previous newsletter:

The 3.6 release is still planned around August 17.

Can you please point it out to me where the announcement was made in the current one?

He uses 3.5 and terrasync scenery.And the reason it is delayed is because the servers went down for about a week back injuly so we are delaying the release.

They'll release it when it is ready, be patient!!

Think of it like baking a cake - you have to wait until it's properly cooked. It'll be worth the wait though!

if that's the case, you have at least 6 months time to learn how to build from source and never depend on release schedules anymore ...

Plus you can always use nightly builds from download.flightgeaor.org/builds/nightly, but right now the mac ones are broken.

Is there any stable 3.4.1 version of FlightGear for fixing VASI lights problem? I installed http://build.flightgear.org:8080/view/R ... -3.4.1.exe, but it gave (something)-8.dll error while installing.

There isn't - I would suggest using the 3.6 nightly build for now (I don't think anything will be added to it, save for the Mac launch fix).
