Hello. Can the "wiki.flightgear.org/User:username" section be edited only by me or also by other users?

Other people, or at least moderators can edit it. As far as I know you can edit it, in fact, I am 99% sure.

Hi,

Anyone (with a wiki account) can edit it, but it's good practice not to edit user pages of other users. History is tracked, so you can always see who edited your page if anyone does so. You can also "watch" the page to receive an email whenever someone edits it.

Cheers,
Gijs

Well, I think that the user pages only should be edited by the user and the moderators, but the history and the e-mail notification gives a little bit of security.
Thank you!

if you cannot edit a user's page, how can you give them awards or medallions or similar? what's so different about a user or a topic other than the name? a rose by any other name is still a rose, right? ;)
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

Well, while it is not impossible, it should be avoided, apart from the talk page(s) of course.

I would feel very uneasy about someone walking into very my own home and changing stuff. ;)
