Can't confirm wiki account

I have created a wiki account, but the confirmation email hasn't come!
Any tips would be appreciated!

i'd say the admins need to take a look at their logs and see if they can see a refusal or bounce... aside from that, depending on the email domain being sent to, it is possible that if DEMARC is being used, it may have sent the message astray... yahoo did something recently where many posts from or to (i get confused which) end up in spam or being rejected... it is quite ugly and resulted in many mailing lists having problems...
