FlightGear used in "Active-Fly-Simulator"

Postby HHS » Sat Jan 21, 2012 9:46 pm

Hi,

Today I read an article in the local newspaper about a worldwide unique paragliding simulator called "Active-Fly-Simulator"
I was interested and visit their homepage. And was surprised to see: FlightGear!

No idea which fdm they used for, but for visualization they used FlightGear.

Here their homepage:
http://www.activefly.com/simulator_en.htm

And some bigger images which shows the sim in action. Maybe they should use some of our new generated sceneries.

Great to see how FlightGear can be used in many ways!

Wow, that's one of the coolest FlightGear applications I've seen so far! Added to the growing list at http://wiki.flightgear.org/Professional ... Gear_users
Heiko, I'll send you an email about this for our newsletter.
