Terrasync - possible name / trademark conflict

Postby sgofferj » Mon Dec 12, 2011 6:02 pm

Hi,

when googling, I found that the gps manufacturer Trimble offers some GIS software named TerraSync and registered the name as a trademark.

There might be some quick action required unless there already is some kind of agreement with Trimble.

TerraSync is a fairly old tool, looking at the product in question, I'd be SERIOUSLY surprised if it predated the FG tool.

Well, maybe then the terrasync authors should sue Trimble and put the money into the development of TS/GF... :D :D :D
