If I were you, Skyop, I would take option 1. Simba, I know this is a bit nit-picky, but would it be possible for you to run a spray can along the solid black lines? It would make the divisions between the panels look more... realistic. Nice work so far, though. :)

If you could send me the original texture, I could do the spray-painting for you - it'll only take a minute. :)

Option 1 looks fantastic! Although, I do have one little issue- due to the panel lighting system I'm planning on using, I need to have the panel markings and the background separated. Could you separate the background for me and post it here?

Do you mean change this color:

To transparency?

Would the brownish-orangish color still be used?

No, I mean post only the background and get rid of the panel markings (you can keep the screws though).

Ok will do. Did you see I added 1 or two panel markings that I thought would be useful? IE FUEL QTY?

Oh- some markings I left out intentionally because I was planning to make them 3d (like the fuel quantity gauge on the overhead). ;)

Skyop I'm afraid I am going to have to ask you to this yourself I kinda ummm can't?

I'm not really sure how I am just going to get the screws and the background out besides just going through with the eraser.

You could take Option 2, get rid of all the markings, replace the plain brown with transparency, make a new background on a separate layer, and then merge the layers together.

I don't think I need anything special right now, but get some good flight deck pics if the flight crew will let you. :)

Ya I'll see if I can ask them on the way out. I'm the last row so I shouldn't be holding anybody up!
