Ah, OK, I thought you mean the rudder control. It appears you are talking about the nose wheel steering control.
This is much simpler and your video shows the nose wheel turning to an extreme value at around 0:10.
This is in the same JSBsim config file (eg: A320-231.xml) under the <ground_reactions> for the "NOSE_LG" there is;

Code: Select all
<max_steer unit="DEG"> 75 </max_steer>

A quick scan of the airliners and I see a value mostly around 30-50, there are some other values smaller and bigger, but that seems to be the most popular value range.
It just means that when you push the pedals to the extreme ends it can go up to 75 degrees, I'm not sure if it is linear between 0 and the maximum value.

edit:
Actually a quick check of the Airbus specs, shows the nose gear can infact turn 70 degrees, with an effective turn angle of 57 degrees (with differential braking perhaps). However during taxiway turns, it should really only be turned up to 20 degrees.

Reverse thrusters are already implemented. Speedbrakes are Git only.

It's a bug. I have not had the time to fix it. Do you want to fix it?

I`ve got an issue. When I try to load for instance the A318, it gives me this.
"Model not found: `D:/Program Files/Flightgear v20110425/data/Aircraft/A320-family/XMLs/A318-111.xml"
The plane`s download link is this: http://gitorious.org/airbus-aircraft/a3 ... ll/release and I`m using the latest snapshot release.

Nevermind, I downloaded a different version and got the problem fixed.
Seems that getting a snapshot was a good idea, because it flies now like it should have flown in 2.0.0 and I have my sound back. Well, it`s a complicated plane now. I didn`t have much issues with the AP, but I need to learn the CDU.

Because of that reverse thrust, I know the Bravo has working reverse. Maybe you can "steal" that fix there? :P

Here are the corresponding XML nodes:
Code: Select all
            <key n="127">
                <name>Delete</name>
                <desc>Toggle Reversers</desc>
                <binding>
                    <command>property-toggle</command>
                    <property>controls/engines/engine[0]/reverser</property>
                </binding>
                <binding>
                    <command>property-toggle</command>
                    <property>controls/engines/engine[1]/reverser</property>
                </binding>
            </key>

The reverse thrust itself works, but the animations are currently nonfunctional. I'll have to look into this later.

Hi, um, ok I know this might sound off topic but I didn't want to start a new one (for fear of being yelled at again) But the A320E's cockpit instruments don't work and you can't change liveries.

The cockpit does not work because it is still in development and for more on the liveries look at the Features section of this link: http://wiki.flightgear.org/Airbus_A320E.
