Well, I did some edits. Made the gear smoke smaller, fixed the AP thing, and made stall speed more realistic...And here you go.

Have not tested the 787 link plane
But loading the CRJ-200 linked just above I got this error on load:

Flaps 0 to 45 will take 15 second- I know this because I just timed it in the sim we are certifying.
0-8 is 3 sec
8-20 is 4 sec
20 -30 is 3 sec
30 -45 is 5 sec

In actual practice it would likely take a bit longer- the reason being that you need to either depress or pull the flap lever in order to get through each gate. Unless you are frantically trying to get to flaps 45, you will pause at each gate for a sec - it's the nature of the beast.

BTW, a CRJ will have problems flying safely at FL410...it has been tried and resulted in death and destruction- our sim was used to duplicate the event. So,
I think that climbing to that altitude would result in a very low climb rate if any at all.....
