Graphics card, please? Because NVIDIA just released the Verde graphics driver version 197.16 for notebook computers. I'm downloading it right now, and maybe I will install it tonight, in hopes of it fixing a blinking problem I'm having with my GeForce 9100M G... and maybe window borders.

Due to technical glitches i am encountering, i am planning to stop working on this model for some time.
As such, i am thinking of releasing it as a test package.
The aircraft is obviously in flyable state with cockpit instruments and animation (still need to further perfect it)
Lights animation has not been completed yet....

I was not able to test fly around 6500nm with it as my system crashes every few minutes. I will appreciate if someone could test and let me know if it can cover 6500nm on full tanks.....

If anyone is willing to work on the lights is a great help...send me the updates if you manage to do so....

I will package it and release it ASAP

cheers!

I'm testing long flight from KSFO to LEBL, and found something strange:

System specs:
AMD Ahtlon 64 X2 Dual Core 2.2 GHz, ASUS M2N4-SLI,3 GB DDR2 800 MHz
Nvidia GT240 1GB 1440x900, 25-30 fps

Just a minor complaint... I thought it was Ilyushin, not Illushin.

Okay, now here's a major complaint. I tried using the Route Manager for a flight to the motherland (aka Russia), and then it said "fgfs.exe is not responding" (aka "FlightGear has stopped working")

On a side note, when I learn how to use GIMP I'll probably make the Ilyushin house livery.

Is that a fgfs problem or a problem with the plane?

Not sure yet. I'll test the route manager in other aircraft.

Update: Tested in the 772ER, route manager also caused FlightGear to crash.

Strange... Qantas don't fly this aircraft, else I'd have had a reasonable answer for you :p

(For those (probably very few of you) unaware, Qantas have probably about the same amount of hardware of hardware failures as any other carrier but, likely owing to an otherwise unbeaten / unbeatable record for safety, get bashed like crazy in the media whenever *anything* notable happens to their equipment...).

Cheers,
Mattt.
