Tecnam P92 Improvement

Postby Anna Tiffany » Wed Jul 14, 2021 8:25 am

The tecnam P92 is the best ultra light plane for flightgear,so I suggest improving it into a higher detailed sim. Here are my suggestions:1. Improved Cockpit systems&start up procedure.
2.In the panel option, add Garmin Artificial horizon and gps. 3.Consider the new tecnam p92 echo mkii(might need to modify the model)

Hey,

There seems to be an improved version (see this thread)

When it comes to imporving an aircraft, which doesn't have an active maintainer, the best way to get those changes is to do them your self.
I know you've said, you're not a developer your self... but we all started there so you might want to give it a try... if you need help, just ask.

... oh... and which pronouns do you use?

Who allows you to say that the P92 doesn't have an active maintainer? I continue and have never stopped maintaining my models. Currently more than twenty are up to date for Compositor and the others will arrive one after the other. Simply with more than 300 models I can not do it in 5 minutes. But just contact me to get this.
The P92 is and will continue to be maintained by its original author, ie myself.

merspieler was speaking in general... not specifically about the P92 ;)
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."
