Is so difficult to fly and control Cessna172 in real life?

No it's not, and with the right equipment and the right procedures it's not that difficult in the sim either.

Thank you for answer me.
Then I am very bad pilot.
I use the keyboard to play FlightGear.
Always (almost always) on take off the plane go to the left (I know the aerodinamic theoric staff) and when I press only one time the up arrow the air speed chage a lot. To land is... wow, so hard to lineup with runway, because the airplane turn to the left or right with a simple key press...
Again, maybe a just a bad pilot...

i can say that flying the c172p with the keyboard is very hard... it takes a lot of keypresses back and forth to try to align... you might find using the mouse to be easier... i did not and spent some $$$ for a good joystick...

you can hit the tab key to change between mouse modes... there are three... you start in one mode where the mouse is just a mouse... then tab once to the mode where the mouse moves the flight controls... tab again and the mouse controls the camera... tab again and you're back where the mouse is just a mouse...
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

Flying any plane in any simulator with keybosrd is silly idea. Keyboard kills simulation effect. Buy some joystick with twisting handle for rudder and one slider for throttle, flight immersion is 100x better.

Even mouse mode is way better than trying to use the keyboard. It take massive amounts of practice to be able to use the keyboard to fly.

Thanks for the advise, I will try to use the mouse.
About the joystick...

Here in my country, Cuba, is very difficult to find some joystick (or anything else), so, I must to use keyboard or mouse just this.

The real life 172 will pretty much fly itself, with little control input. At least that my personal experience.
