can i use x-plane planes somehow in fgfs? How about exporting from Blender to fgfs?

You can export AC3D (.ac) files from blender - IIRC the exporter now comes with blender, so you shouldn't have to go looking for it.

Of course, the 3d model is only one part of the aircraft; you need to create an FDM config, animate the instruments, add sounds etc. It's a lot of work, but actually not all that difficult.

For the FDM config, YASim is well worth looking at (hint - for a "head start", find a similar aircraft that already exists for FG and modify the config file to suit). If you have good flight data you can use JSBSim, or use aeromatic to generate a rough (normally flyable) JSBSim config

You should also have a look at the documentation in the Docs directory of your FG installation.
