Postby LesterBoffo » Tue Jan 09, 2018 5:26 pm

Two aircraft, AVRO 504 HD with 110 h.p. LeRhone and elevatable twin Lewis's on a mouse directable Forster track mount. And a new Royal Air Factory BE12a with a 180 h.p. Hispano-Suiza aero V8 for climb power. Both Non Commercial CC and have a few new features like coup ignition and a manual fuel airpump start routine for the 504 HD.

I'll fly them ASAP and decide which I want to fly :)
They look good!
I take it that ski is kind of to reduce the damage caused by a ground loop?

Tried the BE12. It does indeed climb like a cat, and it is very stable. It doesn't feel as agile as later scouts, but still fairly good.

The BE12 is basically a BE2 'Stability Jane' with a hot-rod aero V8 in the nose, so yeah it's not going to be agile like a D.VII or SE5a. It's got far too much wing area. I'll look at the instruments, I don't normally get those image miscalls 'cause I have most of those planes installed already.

Bullets do not appear --> submodel error?

You would get streams of blue and yellow gliders if that were the case the submodels are pretty small and only last a few seconds.

Probably hidden by wing. you're only going to see the tracers, and you have to be in gun view. Or try watching for them from the helicopter view, should be visible coming up at an angle from the forward fuselage area.

Thanks for the line by line.

I''ve recently updated that link, sorry the old one was not deleted.

http://www.mediafire.com/file/wfvg1fldgtxycnz/AVRO-504-D.zip

This should include both the Home Defense and standard trainer.
