Your comment infers that our flight model is incorrect, while not saying what. Please do advise us what is not working, and we'll get it fized as soon as possible

The reason I mentioned the gear is because the gear in the Airbus has a very high drag - I recall stalling once becauxe of it, with a full load. Therefore, I thought that you might have left the gear down by accident, which could have caused a dramatically reduced rate of climb.
Furthermore, having flown the Airbus A330 at least four times now as a passenger, I can say that the A330 does take more time to get to cruise than the e.g. A320. Of course, I was flying on a route close to the maximum range of the A330...
