This is very good news, at least for me :), my goal since the beginning of the creation of a complete A330 cockpit and it is with this in mind that I have created the hardware interfaces FG Int.
After the departure of JOSH, my project fell a little into the water and forced me to fall back on the 320 that Lego and others continue to develop.

Thanks Mav.

You're welcome!
As I said I put deep work into the A330 well before IDG was even founded, and since it felt abandoned first because Josh decided to put more efforts into the A320 and MD-11 and later when he left, I thought it was right to get it back on track and avoid letting all the hard work fall somehow incomplete and stopped. Of course, I can't promise huge features like IDG or a constant workload on it since it doesn't fall within my biggest priorities in terms of development, but I want to commit to keeping it alive and active.

I'm currently working on further differentiate it from the original IDG version in order to avoid any kind of conflicts in the launcher and already made an advanced contrail simulation and new effect sounds.
I wonder if I should start a new thread regarding this particular version or not.
Regards, Mav

Are you in touch with Lego? As you know there are many commonalities between the A320 and the A330 so in my view certain things could/should be kept in sync between the two projects instead of reinventing the wheel.

We are in touch and he's already a collaborator of the A330, we haven't spoke yet about it deeply but I'll try to assure both planes remain somewhat synced together for sure.
For now I've implemented upgrades in the fields that first came up to my mind and in order to have a common standard between then planes I'm working on. Of course now it's Holiday time so I'm not expecting too much things to happen (except a surprise coming before XMas), probably I'll get things rolling a bit more somewhere in the second half of January.
