Many thanks for this amazing works.

I have one question, not a request. Is there any plan to improve the A330 MRTT model?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Airbus_A330_MRTT

It might be amazing...

Hi,
I'm not sure you are using my A330. See download kink in first post. We contain 2 different MRTT models, with OPRF damage code, KC-30A, and Voyager-KC.

Kind Regards,

Hi,

Thanks a lot for your answer.

I saw the A330 MRTT inside your repository and they are already quite good. But some extra-details are missing such as sensors outside the fuselage or the possibility to add a central refueling boom like the Boeing KC-137R.

However, it is not essential and I have already no word to express my admiration about your work.

I would love to help but I am not qualified to do so...

Hi,

Look at this picture:

You can see the ARBS in action. There will be no way to make it optional?

Also, you can see diverse modifications for the KC-30A on the following pictures :

I'm not a 3D modeller -- so can't do much there.

Well, it was in my plans to work on the MRTT versions, since I was the one who proposed to add them.
But, I left IDG some time ago and now I'm not working on it anymore.
Hope someone else will do the job.
Cheers, Mav

At this moment, I can't remember the exact logic without looking it up, but I'm fairly sure that's probably for one of these reasons:
a) MCDU not set
b) ALT knob not pulled
c) aircraft not updated from GitHub

so if it's not one of those reasons, please make a detailed issue at github.com/it0uchpods/IDG-A33X and we'll do our best to fix it!

a) and c) negative, b) is true (didn't touch ALT knob), but this wasn't working that way recently.
As IDG guys removed VNAV long time ago, I never touched ALT knob in early flight stages (if, then I only set my initial climb alt....but if you do it before reaching the currently set altitude, you don't have to push or pull).
This automatic V/S mode activation is new for me...

It won't do that, if you filled out the MCDU properly, as SRS (and then CLB/OP CLB) will be active. VNAV is there, but disabled, because it was buggy. I have been working on repairing it recently.
