Improving R44 Clipper/Raven II Helicopter Project

Thanks RenanMsV for the fixes, they are integrated on my fork now too.

I have implemented a basic aproximation for the oil press and oil temp gauges, now when the engine is on they will reaise slowly to their maximum value, and when the engine is off they will decrease to the initial value.
This behaviour is not very realistic but at least give the impression the the gauges actually work.
I hope to make it more realistic with time.

Some improvements on realism .

- New more realistic implementation of mp pressure, now when the engine starts it gets to its minimum operational value, then its bounded to the throttle to its maximum operational value.
- Tweaked the FDM, it was too underpowered not matchig the cruise and max speeds of the R44, now it's not perfect but it's much more close.

Payu, may I ask about 2017.3.0 (git development version). Does R44 (and btw EC135) works with this version ? Right now I have git head FG compiled and when starting up R44 (or EC135 from fgaddon) flightgear crashed just after "finished initialization" message on the splash screen. It happens without any error in logs (even debug on). On 2017.2.1 (compiled from source) it works OK.

Hi, sorry but i dont have the latest development version, I am still on the 2017.2.1 so i can't test it but if it works fine on the stable version i supose must be some but on the git version of fg...

Tested and working. Version 2017.3.1
I've tested 2017.3.0 months before, it works too.
Both from FlightGear's SourceForge

Tested today and it's working again (on 2017.3.1 and also on latest git next). Don't know what was that. It happened to R44 and also EC135. Weird but now it's working. Sorry for fake (?) report.

No fake report, happened to me several days ago.
I was testing on a commit from 'next' branch, as usual.
Yesterday, I pulled new commits again, compiled and EC135 works like a charm....

- Fixed bug with the rotor rpm gauge, it should stay on pair with the engine rpm, now fixed.

Sorry in case I missed something obvious, but is there any reason no attempt is made to get this onto the Flightgear repository? It really looks like a significant improvement over the current R44, and it seems a shame to hide it away on 3rd party repositories.

I contacted helijiah some time ago for this matter and asked him if he could upload this to fgaddon but it seems that he has not uploaded it jet and i havn't received any news on that.

But if some other with svn access wants to upload it will be very helpful.
