In the most recent versions you can't set the speed directly in the MCP, it asks you to enter the cruise altitude and speeds and the cost index in the FMC. So, it would be nice to know which pages and functions of the FMC are working and mandatory and, maybe, a brief tutorial of it.

HI zacarias
You need to scroll. Left click will make it try to do managed speed.

Great work, thank you as always Josh. I am still waiting for version with working radio, to have a possibility to check ATIS on each airport. Do you know when are you going to develop / deploy this function?
Good luck!

Hi Lukasz
Thanks!
Radios are currently number 12 on my todo list right now, and hopefully I can get it done soon for you.

I want to use the LAN and the TAROM livery from the database but I cant do it because of the nose.
What should I do about it?

@japanair772

Please explain in more detail what the problem is, and include screenshots. We can then take a look at the problem, and see if we can fix it.

Just a remark: I know (I think you said that) that you have no 3D designer in the team. But being a "professional" level development (and it really is, if we think about FDM, autopilot, FBW, etc.), the exterior design is far behind that goal. The interior is ok (although it still lacks shadows and 3D details), but the worst is the exterior. Would there be some designer available to work with you?

@zacarias

This is one of the things we are actively searching for, and so far we have found none that would be able to work with us or be able to do the job. Both the A320 and A330 have a good looking cockpit when you look out the window, but we would like to get the back of the cockpit modelled. And of course some work on the exterior model would be great aswell (althought the A320 PW looks pretty good already). This also explains why the A318 might look weird, as this was a somewhat copy, cut and paste job of ours (we did however create one :D ). So yes, we do hope to find a 3D modeller soon. Luckily the MD-11 doesn't need much work, even its cockpit model is amazing, with great details (which will hopefully soon be available for the public).

Charlie (Wecsje)

Can you guys make the checklist like the one in the new Cessna 172P? The current one is confusing..

Suggestion: Also put how to operate the aircraft from setting up the FMC.. like that.

I really need help on operating the Airbus A320 as I'm clueless (I can only use the Autopilot, Perform ILS landings and manually start the plane it would actually be great if we can do the actual whole process (and to add a bit of knowledge for us)

Also the ground vehicles are a little off set from the actual aircraft like the Fuel truck.. its so far from the plane and the Catering Truck is misaligned with the doors.

And also the sound that plays during the engine start (Don't know what to call it) keeps repeating until I start Engine 2 which it should only happen like 1 time..

Hi @AVA117
Yes, I'll bring that up in our team.
There will be NO official tutorial for the MCDU until V1.0, as things change frequently.

The Ground Service vehicles is relatively low priority right now, we have much more important things to do right now, all will be working by V1.0

There might be a bug there, the PTU should not operate then, I'll have to do more research on it's logic. Right now, if one engine is started, but not the other, only Green or Yellow Hydraulics will be powered, so the PTU kicks in to power the other system. However, you are right, the PTU doesn't operate at that stage (AFAIK), and the PTU Self test is the one time you speak of, which happens when starting Engine 2.

Kind Regards,
Josh

Okay I hope to see those features soon! As always thank you very much for bringing this aircraft back to life!

The liveries you took from the old A320 could use some improvement tho (Also Cebu Pacific has a new livery and some of their A320's now has a sharklets one please do keep the old one with the old winglets as they still exist) That's all thank you! :)

Hi
I am not a livery artist, but if anyone wants to improve them, feel free.

Those liveries are not part of the IDG-A32X package.... please don't waste my time. I'm very busy. I have not only plane development to worry about, but my schoolwork, etc. I only in high school, don't have all day free.

Furthermore... all livery stuff should be deferred to the livery topic: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=32122

I fixed a bug in the FBW, where sometimes, quickly engaging and/or disengaging the autopilot, or turning the AP on at an extreme bank angle, caused the roll control to get stuck for the remainder of the session.

Kind Regards,
Josh
