The most obvious model issue I have seen right from the start is how the engines from the Airbus A320-251N look from behind:

Even simply changing the texture used on the inside to not be from the livery might help a little.

And another much less important issue not related to the 3d model that can be seen in this picture is the secondary ALS lights which I don't think that they should be enabled outside (or maybe there is some way to make them stay in the front of the plane and not move, I don't know, where I added them I simply disabled them on the outside).

Yes it's a UV mapping and texture issue. I will look at the engines later, this will be solved when I get to texturing and UV mapping. Right now I have about a day's work to sort out the mess with the wing.

As i'm not implementing any code/features to my own project at this time, I don't know anything about ALS lights yet. I suppose you could have a simple rule to have it off when the view is not the cockpit.

The landing lights problem is still on our list, and will be fixed at some point

The landing light ALS part will be fixed very soon. I/Lego will adapt the C172 lights as directed by someone in another topic.

So it will be fixed at some point.

Kind Regards,
Josh

I think he means the light shining on the ground, not the actual lights.

Yes, correct.

I fixed the bus's which is powered by the RAT, and fixed the logic of the AC/DC ESS, and SHED buses.

Also, each DU is now powered by the correct bus, as according to the FCOM.

Kind Regards,
Josh

You should probably send these things to CaptB, so he can add these textures in his changes?

I strongly discourage working on any textures, liveries.

Since Josh wrote that I can break the UV freely, I did, and frankly it had to happen with the massive problems this mesh has. Nothing you make will work with the overhauled model. Please, save your energy for later as it will need all those nice liveries, and it will have a nice paint kit to help you with that.

OK, will crosspost that.

So all liveries will need to be reworked then, yes?

Actually I do not work with usual paintkits. My textures and liveries can easily be changed. As you removed A319/A321/A318 I'm not downloading the "IDG" A320-Family anymore. Too many updates.

If you are currently just working on the A320 you may create two files for Git: "IDG" A320 and "IDG" A318/319/321

Dark GUI Style:

I think the light style was better, especially because some information are hard to see (such as: Traffic, Text or Navaids)

If you wan't to go back to the other family members without the improvements since then just do a 'git reset --hard <commit to where you want to revert>'.

The other family members has been removed, so the development can be focused on one system. They'll come back when almost every thing is finished.
