Hi!
I'm interested in getting every glider much flown in real life to a great state in flightgear.

Scheibe
-Bergfalke FGAddon: http://wiki.flightgear.org/Bergfalke
-Spatz
-Zugvogel
Schneider-Grunau
-SG38 (early production) FGAddon
-Grunau Baby
LET
-L-13 Blaník
-L-23 Super Blaník
Military (Cargo) Gliders
Messerschmitt Me 321 Gigant
Gotha Go 242
Blohm & Voss BV 40
Junkers Ju 322
Horsa
-Airspeed (done, update/fix suggested by Michat)

DFS 230 - First glider used in warfare (at Fort Eben Emael).

AS.51 Horsa I - Used during D-Day.
AS.58 Horsa II - Used during D-Day.
Waco CG-4A - I would love to see C-47 pickup in FGFS or even fly Waco rescue mission from Shangri-La (see book "Lost In Shangri-La").

[EDIT] I've sorted the gliders after being civilian or military, please note that I'll not do any primary military used gliders, for various reasons not needed to discuss here ;)
Please post other wishes/suggestions and what you find the most important!

There are some others to include in the list.

Bocian: ( http://wiki.flightgear.org/SZD-9bis_Bocian-1E ) perhaps it needs some updates.

Horsa Airspeed: ( http://helijah.free.fr/flightgear/tar.g ... 016.tar.gz ) Cargo glider that needs a programming solution for an stronger rope among some other cares.

Waco: Still does not exists in FG. It is a cargo glider.

Cheers

Not a wishlist, but you forgot Scheibe in your list (Bergfalke, Spatz, Zugvogel...).

@D-ECHO . I don't know exactly what kind of improvements you have made for Bocian and Horsa Gliders. Sound good (thank you) , however I can't check it as I don't have FG installed on this PC.
For any improvement for the Horsa, I suggest you getting contact with Emmanuel ( Helijah Hangar ) so he can update your work and put your name in the honour contributors list.

Two more gliders for FG:

Ikarus Laminar ( don't think it needs any tweeking )

Paper plane http://wiki.flightgear.org/Paper_airplane

Also there are others like the wing glider and the parachutist glider that perhaps don't match your list.

Cheers.

Ooops, I think you've understood me wrong. I did NOT make any improvements to the Horsa and Bocian, I just noted that you proposed updates to them ;)

The DG1001 now features a quite nice (IMO) ground handling system:
1. When choosing Menu-> Assist gears from the void suddenly a friendly person appears who is as nice as to hold your wings :D He/She can run up to 15kts.
2. When choosing Menu-> Ground handling you can turn the aircraft easily on the ground using the rudders (as if someone stood on the wing and was tearing it around) and when using the throttle your aircraft gets pushed/pulled forward (after pressing Delete at throttle <0.15 backwards)
It's on the git repo.

Interesting idea for for a view in addition to the model, chase and helicopter view: The selfie-stick view. ;)

I can only think of a small handful of aircraft you can do this in: 8)

I instantly knew I had seen that glider on YouTube (and it was easy to find). :D
