New citation II cabin light off after startup

After I found the new citation II I like it and use it. But I found one ugly thing... When you start FG and the citation is loaded, you can see thngs around. ( in the dark / night ) Is there already some light swithed on ? then you switch battery ignition and starter. The engine runs, then the light goes out, or the whole panel becomes very very dark.

Is there some serious reason for this, or is this an error ? could be just the startup help...
But when you turn on all lights and start the engine, the same happens.

Then also this, should not most meters has a kind of illumination ?

When I switch on the lights before starting, everything behaves as expected.
