Cool down Ash,you're overheating. ;3
There are free alternatives to (almost) every program you encounter. You just have to find them.

There is a strange bug that people observe in the 777, seems to be reproducible i thought Hyde and I-NEMO should know about:

Feature Suggestion: RamAirTurbine (RAT)

Postby CaptainTech » Fri Jan 15, 2016 9:02 pm

Hello. I had 23 feature suggestions for the 777 Seattle, but right now, I can remember just one :(

It is: RAT (Ram Air Turbine)

It's not working.

And also to make it more realistic, the RAT does make a bit drag, but it does make power supply without fuel.
And if the ACF is not moving, the RAT should also not work.

Hi ! ...

@ hamzaalloush:
Thanks for the warning; myself and Hyde will try to reproduce the issue, and investigate.

@CaptainTech:

The RAT is already on my modelling schedule: will try to make it realistic as better as we can.
Regarding the "23" features  : ... well, ... why don't you PM me?...I'll have a look and see what we can do.

Thanks to everybody,

regards,

Hi,

@Vladimir Akimov: well, it will be a brand new 777, fully remodelled. Nevertheless, it will be based on the official manuals by Boeing.
I'm actually re-modelling ALL of the external parts, as you have seen already.
Then, much later, I will put hands back on the Cockpit, trying to optimize it and to fix some modelling issues.

Thanks,

I-NEMO

Sirs, please appreciate that the 777 is a very complex bird.
I quote:

All the job is based - as usual - on Boeing manuals and reference pictures, carefully respecting dimensions and proportions.
So, in due time (some months!) the external model will be ready.

The topic is two months old. So be patient, folks...

Hi I-NEMO! It is now more than a year and a half since the last update. Have you made any further progress since last March? Best,
