Thanks for your help.
wkitty42, no I did not remove the -master from the folder name:-( This was the problem. As soon as the folder was named "c152", the right plane is on the runway. Dumb mewbe question, sorry...
Hope that the develpment of the C152 will go on. Looks great so far.

By the way, I downloaded it from https://github.com/awall086/c152

no need to apologize, eskimo... it is a common mistake when folks pull snapshot archives from git repos like github...

FWIW: "-master" indicates that the snapshot is of the master branch of the repo... if you changed branches to (eg) bug-42 and downloaded a snapshot, then you would have to remove the "-bug-42" portion of the directory name... not all repos name their snapshots in this manner, though...
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

Project still alive. Some pics of the project status:

Git repository will be updated when I finish the texturing process of the plane. My apologies.

Great News. The cockpit and textures look very good.
Is it already possible to start the engine in the current version?

Some new details in the fuselage, and definitive first paint scheme:

Interior needs a lot of work yet.

My apologies for the slow progress of development :(

Thanks, looking forward to fly it.
First problem I found is that the model is like two planes shuffled together. One wing goes right through the cockpit of the other one....
I was not able to start the motor. Can anyone try it too? Just to make sure...

Hmm. One of the comments in the imgur gallery is that the other aircraft looks like a Cesssna 182.

I think it is the volumetric shadow. In the Aircraft menu turn off the shadow and see if it goes away.
