I know it's the first release but:

1) livery menu is empty;
2) nozzles are ugly;
3) weapons package is required instead payload one.

After all i can fly a hornet, good job.

P.S.: i hope is a issue in my FG config, i'll search but the same happened with old version of "F-18D" model.
When i fly with "C" or "D" model it seems to ride a crazy bull. i'm talking about the instability of the flight, it is normal at low speed but at high speed the plane turns pulls up too much.
I can't flight smooth for few seconds.

I am not sure why your livery dialoge is empty.
The Base systems are identical to the current F-18D ( except with 1 seat ).
The "Crazy Bull" effect was happening when using this FDM in FG earlier than 3.2. I have not had it happen with 3.2 or 3.4.

Found the issue that may be causing your liveries to be empty.
open the following file in the F-18C:-
Nasal/liveries.nas
The Path has Aircraft/F-18c/Models/Liveries and it should be Aircraft/F-18C/Models/Liveries
Its a case issue I think.

If we gave everybody in the World free software today, but we failed to teach them about the four freedoms, five years from now, would they still have it? Probably not, because if they don’t recognise their freedoms, they’ll let their freedoms fall

I wrote:

but there aren't any nozzles in the 3D model, because in the nozzles.xml the path is wrong "F18D" instead "F18C".
Fix please :mrgreen:

I ain't a director but after thousands of recording this is the best one:
At the start of the video the plane flies straight by trimming, when i softly touch rudders you can see what happens, at the end i take control.
http://v8.tinypic.com/player.swf?file=6pmb6s&s=8
So i thought to damp the rudders effect using the option square="true" on both vertical stabilizers:
Code (): Select all
<control-input axis="/controls/flight/rudder" control="FLAP0" invert="true" square="true"/>

and to get a better control on nose gear on ground enabling "square":
Code (): Select all
<control-input axis="/controls/flight/rudder" control="STEER" square="true"/>

without success, what is your opinion?

Never experience a rusult that severe with the current FDM, nether did I witness anything that bad when it was being flown by VooDoo or Geed ( I watch other test fly the FDM ).

I've finally solved :D :D :D , the problem is the rudder axis of my hotas x, i am sure the sensor is damaged. In fact if i don't use rudders, in the joystick menu of FG, i read it is sending data.
Simply i choose another axis for rudders.
